Many Disciplines and Services – One Contract Partner and One Contact

We are accustomed to taking care of all the interdisciplinary needs of a project – in civil and structural engineering projects, transport infrastructure projects and in the role of construction or project manager. As part and parcel of our overall responsibility as general planner, we also act on your behalf as contractual partner and contact for all project disciplines and services, from the conceptual phase, planning and supervision through to execution and commissioning.

The comprehensive award of contractual services creates synergies, minimises interfaces and administrative effort and saves your own resources. As general planner, we assume the original client tasks but also the full responsibility for safeguarding quality and complying with schedules and costs.

We combine the know-how of our experts when executing the general planning for a specific project and offer you a “complete package from a single source”. The major part of technical planning is performed in-house but we also cooperate with long-standing partners to plan the technical facilities.

We keep a 360° all-round view on things without losing sight of our profound level of expertise.“

Precise Integration of Team Activities and Unbroken Lines of Communication

For us, the quality of general planning service is dependent on precise interaction between all technical and administrative team activities and on unbroken lines of transparent communication. Our project leaders are specially trained for this and are in a position to produce competent and comprehensive reports on all technical and interdisciplinary areas, both internal and external. This gives rise to valuable knowledge which we share and further develop to the benefit of a project’s objectives. A vital factor for the efficient, targeted, time and cost-saving implementation of the overall project is a continuous flow of information and for all project parties to be aware of the specific local conditions and the challenges involved.
