Christina Maria Zimmermann, M.Sc.

Managing Partner of Schüßler-Plan GmbH and Managing Director of Schüßler-Plan Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH Düsseldorf

Christina Maria Zimmermann, née Schüßler, was born in 1988 and studied civil engineering at the RWTH Aachen University, specialising in structural engineering. She gained her Master’s degree with distinction. After her studies, Mrs Zimmermann first worked in building construction, bridge building and construction engineering at Flückiger + Bosshard AG in Zurich, Switzerland. She joined Schüßler-Plan at the beginning of 2015 and was responsible as project manageress for conceptual design through to execution planning in building construction and construction engineering projects. In 2018, she was appointed Managing Director of Schüßler-Plan GmbH. In 2020, she became Managing Partner of Schüßler-Plan GmbH and Managing Director of Schüßler-Plan Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH Düsseldorf.

Dipl.-Ing. Nina Baden-Wassmann

Managing Partner of Schüßler-Plan GmbH and Managing Director of Schüßler-Plan Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH Düsseldorf

Nina Baden-Wassmann was born in 1985. She completed her civil engineering studies at the RWTH Aachen University, specialising in geotechnical engineering, solid construction and project management. From 2010 to 2016, she worked at Amberg Engineering in Switzerland and in Sweden as project manageress for various major projects in construction engineering. In 2018, she was appointed shareholder of Schüßler-Plan GmbH and in 2020, Managing Partner of Schüßler-Plan GmbH and of Schüßler-Plan Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH Düsseldorf.

Dipl.-Ing. Bernd Wagenbach
Managing Director of Schüßler-Plan GmbH and of
Schüßler-Plan Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH Frankfurt

Bernd Wagenbach was born in 1957 and studied civil engineering at the University of Wuppertal, specialising in structural engineering. He joined Schüßler-Plan in Düsseldorf in 1984, first working as project engineer in building, bridge and tunnel construction. In 1987, he was appointed General Manager of the Frankfurt office and has been Managing Director of Schüßler-Plan Ingenieurgesellschaft in Frankfurt since 1991. Norbert Schüßler and Bernd Wagenbach are both founding shareholders of Schüßler-Plan Consult GmbH which was merged with Schüßler-Plan GmbH in 2013. He transferred his company shares to his daughter Paula Wagenbach in 2018.

Dipl.-Ing. Roy Manke

Managing Partner of Schüßler-Plan Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH Berlin and Managing Director of Schüßler-Plan Generalplanungsgesellschaft mbH

Roy Manke was born in 1965 and studied civil engineering at the Technical University of Cottbus, specialising in reinforced concrete and the business administration in the construction industry. After his studies, he worked at various project management companies from 1993 to 2000. From 2000 to 2004, he was project coordinator at Leonhardt, Andrä und Partner in Berlin. In 2005, he become manager of the Project Management department at Schüßler-Plan Berlin. In 2008, he was appointed Managing Director of the Schüßler-Plan engineering company in Berlin. At the time that Schüßler-Plan Consult GmbH merged with Schüßler-Plan GmbH in 2013, Roy Manke was appointed Managing Partner of the Schüßler-Plan engineering company in Berlin. Roy Manke is also Managing Director of Schüßler-Plan Generalplanungsgesellschaft mbH.

Dipl.-Ing. Rafael Casser

Managing Partner of Schüßler-Plan Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH Düsseldorf and Office Manager in Cologne

Rafael Casser was born in Madrid in 1961 and studied civil engineering at the RWTH Aachen University, specialising in structural engineering. After his studies, he first worked in the design office at Philipp Holzmann AG and then as construction manager. In 1990, he joined TÜV Rheinland e.V. and worked as officially recognised expert in nuclear engineering. Since 1995, he has worked at Schüßler-Plan in Cologne, first as project manager, then as branch manager. Since 2010, Rafael Casser has been Managing Partner of the Schüßler-Plan Ingenieurgesellschaft in Düsseldorf.

Dipl.-Ing. Marcus Geipel

Managing Director of Schüßler-Plan Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH Frankfurt

Marcus Geipel, born in 1977, studied civil engineering at the Technical University in Darmstadt, specialising in structural engineering and geotechnical engineering. Since 2005, he has worked as graduate engineer at the company offices in Frankfurt. His previous appointment was as manager of the Project Management department. At the beginning of 2016, Marcus Geipel was appointed Managing Director of the Schüßler-Plan Ingenieurgesellschaft in Frankfurt am Main.

Peter Meinke
Managing Director of Schüßler-Plan Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH Berlin

Peter Meinke, born 1973 in Berlin, is a qualified foreign trade merchant. His enthusiasm for civil engineering led him to Schüßler-Plan Berlin via technical and commercial project management and leadership for numerous large-scale infrastructure projects in Germany and abroad. Since 2001, he has been responsible for the commercial management, among other things. In July 2023, Peter Meinke was appointed Managing Director of the Schüßler-Plan Ingenieurgesellschaft in Berlin.

Dipl.-Ing. André Hörmeyer
Managing Director of Schüßler-Plan Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH Berlin

André Hörmeyer was born in 1980 and studied civil engineering at TU Braunschweig, specialising in structural engineering, solid as well as timber construction. After his studies, he worked from 2008 to 2015 at the engineering firm Prof. Duddeck und Partner GmbH as a structural engineer in bridge, tunnel and building construction. He joint Schüßler-Plan in 2015, where he held the position of authorised signatory for the management of the Hanover office from 2016 to 2023. In July 2023, André Hörmeyer was appointed Managing Director of the Schüßler-Plan Ingenieurgesellschaft in Berlin.

Dipl.-Ing. Thomas Stein

Managing Director of Schüßler-Plan Inżynierzy Sp. z o.o.

Thomas Stein was born in 1972 and studied civil engineering at the University of Technology and Economics in Dresden. After receiving his degree in 1999, he started working for Schüßler-Plan in the Construction Supervision department and in Construction and Project Management. From 2001 to 2004, he worked for Schüßler-Plan as project controller and from 2004 to 2007 as project manager in the Construction and Project Management department. In 2007, he was appointed Managing Director of the Polish subsidiary of the Schüßler-Plan Group.

Piotr Piotrkowicz

Managing Director of Schüßler-Plan Inżynierzy Sp. z o.o.

Piotr Piotrkowicz was born in 1970. He studied the Warsaw University of Technology, at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, specialty: Bridges and Underground Structures. He is also a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, Collegium of Management and Finance, where he completed a postgraduate studies in the field of Project Management. He has unlimited licenses for designing and managing construction works on the Polish market. After graduating his studies, he was employed, among others, in the Dromex S.A. design office (1996-2000) then as a site engineer at Budimex-Unibud S.A. (2000 - 2001). From 2002 till 2008 he was an employee at the WS Atkins-Polska company. Since 2009 he is employed as the Head of Railway and Bridge Projects, then the Technical Director of Schüßler-Plan. On June 1, 2015, Piotr Piotrkowicz was appointed as the vice-president of the management boardof the Polish company of Schüßler-Plan group, Schuessler-Plan Inżynierzy.

Advisory Board of Schüßler-Plan GmbH

Norbert Schüßler was born in 1957 and studied civil engineering at the RWTH Aachen University, specialising in structural engineering. From 1987 to 1989, he worked at Dyckerhoff & Widmann AG in Munich in the bridge construction department. Since 1991, he has been Managing Director of Schüßler-Plan Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH and Schüßler-Plan Consult GmbH which merged with Schüßler-Plan GmbH in 2013. He transferred his company shares to his daughter Christina Zimmermann in 2018. Norbert Schüßler is member of several trade associations and sits on the executive board of the Deutsches Verkehrsforum (German Transport Forum). At the beginning of 2023, Norbert Schüßler retired from the management of the Schüßler-Plan Group, but will remain on the advisory board as a strategic advisor.

Dipl.-Ing. Wolfgang Wassmann
Advisory Board of Schüßler-Plan GmbH

Wolfgang Wassmann was born in 1956. He completed his civil engineering studies at the RWTH Aachen University, specialising in structural engineering. From 1980 to 1983, he worked at Züblin and from 1983 to 1991 at Schüßler-Plan as project manager for building, bridge and tunnel construction. In 1992, he joined the Department for Bridges and Urban Planning Railway Construction of the City of Cologne where he headed the working group for Construction and Design. In 1994, he returned to Schüßler-Plan and was appointed Branch Manager in Cologne and authorised company officer. Since 2001, Wolfgang Wassmann has sat on the Board of Management of Schüßler-Plan Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH Düsseldorf and is also Managing Director of Schüßler-Plan Consult GmbH which merged with Schüßler-Plan GmbH in 2013. He transferred his company shares to his daughter Nina Baden-Wassmann in 2018. At the beginning of 2022, Wolfgang Wassmann retired from the management of the Schüßler-Plan Group, but will remain on the advisory board as a strategic advisor.
