“I associate Düsseldorf with all of our construction projects that have shaped and will continue to shape the city skyline. It is over 65 years ago that my grandfather Willi Schüßler founded his one-man firm here. About 30 year later, my father Norbert Schüßler became Managing Director. Since then, he has contributed so much to the growth and success of Schüßler-Plan. I look back at this history with some pride but I also think about our future. When the shares were transferred at the beginning of 2018, my father said to me, 'Christina, I own no more shares. I have responsibility to hand over.' This way of thinking accompanies me in all my actions as Managing Director – not only on behalf of the Düsseldorf company but also for the parent holding company. Together with my fellow partners, we channel the processes for the entire Schüßler-Plan Group here and shape our Schüßler-Plan team.”
