Eurotower Frankfurt/Main
The Eurotower, located in the centre of Frankfurt's banking quarter, was comprehensively modernised after the European Central Bank (ECB) moved out, and equipped to meet the requirements of its new tenant, the European Banking Authority. The redevelopment of the building took place taking the most stringent sustainability aspects into consideration and work was completed within the shortest time. Schüßler-Plan was commissioned by RFR Management GmbH to carry out project management, to act as the superordinate awarding office and to provide construction management services for the renovation work. During the course of the project initiation phase, Schüßler-Plan put a project-specific organisational structure in the place and identified potential project risks and opportunities an early stage. Furthermore, a fundamental strategic orientation of the project was developed and the awarding strategy agreed. Continuous monitoring of the project objectives, transparent cost and deadline monitoring and continuous quality assurance and reviews of the planning processes were implemented during all phases of the project.
